Anthony J. Fejfar, B.A., J.D., Esq., Coif, Member of the United States Supreme Court Bar, hereby founds the Allegheny County Tenant's Association (ACTA). The purpose of ACTA is to provide education, counseling, and litigation support for both Residential and Commercial Tenants. The activity of ACTA has a high degree of Constitutional Protection as a Public Interest Organization such as the NAACP. See, NAACP vs Button, 371 U.S. 415 (1963) (holding that Public Interest Organizations such as ACTA are not bound by Legal Ethics Rules such as anti-solicitition and unauthorized practice of law).
